Who Told You?

Who Told You?

There is no time. Time is not real… it is simply part of the illusion. There is only an eternal right here, right now. Ever changing, yet always the same.

We planted the seed of separation knowing that eating its fruit would begin the timeline.

Out of the seed a magnificent tree grew and matured. It bore fruit and you finally decided to eat it. By the way, it was never “if you eat of the fruit…” it was “when you eat…”

In the instant you ate the fruit, I felt the separation as well. I was with, around and in you the entire time but you were cut off from Me. Eager for you to find Me, for there is nothing outside of Us, I called out “Where are you?”

You hid.

The hiding was an external expression of what had happened inwardly. Your mind had already compartmentalized the world around you. Some parts horrified you. You judged yourself quickly and thoroughly; you were no longer an authentic version of yourself. You couldn’t be. You could no longer genuinely express yourself nor could you allow yourself to just be… as you always were.

And so, you hid.

You desperately wanted to be what you now thought was good, and that thought created its opposite- the bad. Because in form there can not be one without the other.

The bad you denied.

Then, you hid even from you.

As you continued to cast judgment, you lied to yourself and quickly shifted the blame to something (the serpent) or someone (your counterpart) that you now considered outside of yourself.

Before separation there was no judgment, only unconditional Love, which allows everything to be as it is. This new experience was unbearable.

You hid, but My persistent calling out to you caused you to finally answer.

You said…

When I heard the sound of your voice I hid because I was naked.

God Spark, you were as you always were. Nothing had really changed… except you. My Love remains the same. Before the timeline began, you were transparent- physically, spiritually & mentally. Now you could no longer handle the transparency. You could no longer handle the all encompassing Truth.

So I asked you, and not to accuse but to get you to look inward.

Who told you?”

I wasn’t looking for an answer. It was my first invitation for you to remember why you ate the fruit. Who told you that you were naked? You did.

So God Spark, I ask you again now. Who told you that you are naked? Who told you that you are not good enough? Who told you that you are lacking? Who told you that you are lost? Who told you that you are powerless, mortal, and incomplete? Who told you that you are not worthy?

You told yourself. You continually tell yourself. You let your mind run wild with its never ending judgments. You judge yourself.

I never judge you.

There is no judgment outside of yourself. Judge not, lest you be judged is not a harsh command. It is a loving reminder. It means that when you judge, you judge only yourself. “For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

There is no judgment outside of yourself.

Small Beginnings

Small Beginnings

Your super power is your mind and its ability to create.

Until now, you’ve been letting your mind run on autopilot, not paying attention to your thoughts. And because you don’t pay attention to your thoughts, you haven’t been able to connect the dots.

Have you ever been present enough to notice your thoughts? How do you label everything around you? How do you interpret your relationships? What to you think about your job? How are your thoughts about money?

Odds are, you can come up with a million complaints about everything.

Your marriage is rocky. You can’t seem to find Mr. or Mrs. Right. Your job is a frustrating grind that you are forced to go to just to pay the bills. The bills! Don’t even get me started. There is never enough money to pay the bills.

If you haven’t sat still long enough to listen to your thoughts, there is no way you have noticed the correlation between what you think and what you experience.

Take a moment to listen to your thoughts about areas in your life you wish you could change. Write down a few of those thoughts.

~

You cannot be something you are not; likewise, you cannot stop being what you, at your core, instinctively are.

You CAN deny it.

You can deny your power, but it still works. You can deny your divinity, but it is still your animating essence. And by the way, your divinity is not insecure. It does not need you to believe in it in order for it to exist. Nor does your divinity cease to animate you just because you deny it.

You can also deny that your thoughts create your reality, but they still do. Like it or not.

~

You came here to experienceyour true essence… Love. You first had to forget what was real and buy into the idea of form. The dream feels real – it’s not. You know this now, but how do you change the dream?

You change the dream the very instant you decide to change your mind about it.

Now, I’m not saying the outside circumstances will change immediately, but it has to start in the mind first. Just like the moment you plant a seed in a garden. The fruit is there already, waiting for the right amount of light, the right amount of water and the right amount of time for growth. Then the fruit will manifest. If you have never planted a garden, give it a try. It happens every time, with very little effort on your part.

But… if you never plant the seed, you can never expect the fruit.

If you don’t like your life, change your thoughts!

A thought is a seed in the dream. Your mind is planting seeds on a continual basis. The lag time and lack of awareness is what fools you into thinking there is no correlation between your inner thoughts and your outer world. By letting your mind run on autopilot you are continually planting the same seeds over and over and reaping the same fruit from those seeds.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Does your life feel insane and out of control? Try a different approach. If you don’t like the fruit in your life, try planting different seeds.

Change your thoughts now. Change your thoughts first. Change your thoughts in this present moment, knowing that once you do – Life will come along and take over. Life begins, in that very moment you plant a thought seed, to rearrange everything in your world to accommodate your new thought seed. It brings the rain (pain), the sun (healing) and all the nutrition (continual feeding of the thought) the seed needs to manifest fruit.

It almost sounds to good to be true. But very often, simple truths are the hardest to implement. It just seems too easy. So easy, that our mind makes up a thousand different excuses why that easy approach could never, ever possibly work.

Well, God Spark, I’m here to tell you simply – it does work.

Does it take effort? Absolutely. Discipline? Definitely. A willingness to participate and be present in the moment? Yes.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. ~Lao Tzu

You still have to take a step and another and another but the journey to real and unconditional Love is attainable. And isn’t that what Heaven is? The place where God dwells? The place where unconditional Love dwells?

Jesus said it well when he said the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand… it is in front of you. It is right here, right now. It is available in this very instant.

Do not despise small beginnings. Zechariah 4:10

Everything- Every. Single. Thing. That is in this world today began as a thought. How can a beginning get smaller than that?

Love yourself today by taking one small baby step in the direction of Love by planting a good, positive thought seed.
