Small Beginnings

Small Beginnings

Your super power is your mind and its ability to create.

Until now, you’ve been letting your mind run on autopilot, not paying attention to your thoughts. And because you don’t pay attention to your thoughts, you haven’t been able to connect the dots.

Have you ever been present enough to notice your thoughts? How do you label everything around you? How do you interpret your relationships? What to you think about your job? How are your thoughts about money?

Odds are, you can come up with a million complaints about everything.

Your marriage is rocky. You can’t seem to find Mr. or Mrs. Right. Your job is a frustrating grind that you are forced to go to just to pay the bills. The bills! Don’t even get me started. There is never enough money to pay the bills.

If you haven’t sat still long enough to listen to your thoughts, there is no way you have noticed the correlation between what you think and what you experience.

Take a moment to listen to your thoughts about areas in your life you wish you could change. Write down a few of those thoughts.

~

You cannot be something you are not; likewise, you cannot stop being what you, at your core, instinctively are.

You CAN deny it.

You can deny your power, but it still works. You can deny your divinity, but it is still your animating essence. And by the way, your divinity is not insecure. It does not need you to believe in it in order for it to exist. Nor does your divinity cease to animate you just because you deny it.

You can also deny that your thoughts create your reality, but they still do. Like it or not.

~

You came here to experienceyour true essence… Love. You first had to forget what was real and buy into the idea of form. The dream feels real – it’s not. You know this now, but how do you change the dream?

You change the dream the very instant you decide to change your mind about it.

Now, I’m not saying the outside circumstances will change immediately, but it has to start in the mind first. Just like the moment you plant a seed in a garden. The fruit is there already, waiting for the right amount of light, the right amount of water and the right amount of time for growth. Then the fruit will manifest. If you have never planted a garden, give it a try. It happens every time, with very little effort on your part.

But… if you never plant the seed, you can never expect the fruit.

If you don’t like your life, change your thoughts!

A thought is a seed in the dream. Your mind is planting seeds on a continual basis. The lag time and lack of awareness is what fools you into thinking there is no correlation between your inner thoughts and your outer world. By letting your mind run on autopilot you are continually planting the same seeds over and over and reaping the same fruit from those seeds.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Does your life feel insane and out of control? Try a different approach. If you don’t like the fruit in your life, try planting different seeds.

Change your thoughts now. Change your thoughts first. Change your thoughts in this present moment, knowing that once you do – Life will come along and take over. Life begins, in that very moment you plant a thought seed, to rearrange everything in your world to accommodate your new thought seed. It brings the rain (pain), the sun (healing) and all the nutrition (continual feeding of the thought) the seed needs to manifest fruit.

It almost sounds to good to be true. But very often, simple truths are the hardest to implement. It just seems too easy. So easy, that our mind makes up a thousand different excuses why that easy approach could never, ever possibly work.

Well, God Spark, I’m here to tell you simply – it does work.

Does it take effort? Absolutely. Discipline? Definitely. A willingness to participate and be present in the moment? Yes.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. ~Lao Tzu

You still have to take a step and another and another but the journey to real and unconditional Love is attainable. And isn’t that what Heaven is? The place where God dwells? The place where unconditional Love dwells?

Jesus said it well when he said the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand… it is in front of you. It is right here, right now. It is available in this very instant.

Do not despise small beginnings. Zechariah 4:10

Everything- Every. Single. Thing. That is in this world today began as a thought. How can a beginning get smaller than that?

Love yourself today by taking one small baby step in the direction of Love by planting a good, positive thought seed.

The Experience

The Experience

What does it means to create your reality?

You have to start somewhere, even though, technically, you are already an expert at it.

Here is a truth. You are creating your reality every second of every day. You have been doing this since the beginning. You came here, God Spark, having already agreed to experience one thing – that one thing is love.

True love.

Now, it is one thing to be love, which you are – always have been, always will be.

It is another thing entirely to experience it.

Before you decided to step into the realm of experience, you handpicked the path you wanted to travel that would ultimately lead you to the truest experience of Love.

You did all that with full awareness, knowing you would be safe the entire time… knowing it was all a dream and that the world of form, though very convincing, isn’t real at all.

You knew there would be times you would really and truly feel broken, betrayed, hurt, unsafe, and angry. You knew there would be times you would feel completely alone, frustrated and lost. You knew you would feel these things but you could see it wasn’t real; it was only a dream masterfully designed to be utterly convincing.

You also knew you would feel complete rapture, joy, safety, peace, loyalty, bravery, and success. You knew you would experience conditional love, which would always leave you feeling deprived and starving. But that was your favorite part because the conditional love you would experience would also keep you desperately searching for the real thing.

You could see all that before you jumped in.

But the cherry that topped the sundae, and this was your most exciting idea, was when you decided to forget it all. Forget your divinity, forget your true nature, forget all your super powers only to discover them somewhere along your path and then use them to discover the experience of what it means to be you

To be… Love.

You did keep your super power though; you just forgot how to use it. And that’s not entirely true either. You’ve been using it, like I said earlier, the entire time you’ve been here.

You just forgot how to command it.

Hey, God Spark!

Hey, God Spark!

When I contemplate the newness of each passing moment, I am humbled by the majesty of it all. The all of life, the all of form, the all of this present moment that in each passing instant is born and then dies with no fuss, and no strife.

The present moment never asks to be noticed, it just is. It isn’t offended if you don’t recognize or acknowledge it, it just is. The present moment doesn’t care how you label it – bad, unbearable, horrible, great, fantastic, precious – it just is.

Regardless of how you perceive or interpret it… the present moment – just is.

And do you know what? It is GOOD.

Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very GOOD… Gen 1:31

What beautiful words. What a stunning secret. What an exquisite nugget of truth on your quest to seek out your most fulfilling life. A truth that softly guides you to a state of complete peace as you journey and explore how and what it means to become the most sincere, beautiful, and perfect expression of yourself.

A truth that attends you while you uncover your path to experience the highest, most fulfilling dwelling place this world of form has to offer – that of Love.

Love!

‘Let us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;…’ So God created man in His own image; in the image of God he created him; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:26

Then out of the dust of the ground our form was fashioned, molded, handled – this part of creation was more than a word spoken. It was an action taken, in the very instant the Creator breathed into us.

What, exactly was breathed into us? A piece, a part of God. A Spark from the very Force that created the creation.

Life!

And then? There was you…

Hey God Spark!58E481B6-514A-4C53-A378-99C51F029F07

You are created in the image of the Creator. And guess what? It isn’t your physical form. God isn’t a physical form! God is Life. Life with a capital L. There is no man upstairs looking down on you waiting for you to screw up, just so he can condemn you to eternal and everlasting punishment. There is only a Creative Force.

There is only Life, an eternal loving Creator, moving through all things and in all things, making all things new in every new Now that in an instant is born and then dies with no fuss, and no strife.

God – Life – isn’t offended if you don’t recognize or acknowledge it, it just is. God doesn’t care how you label it – bad, unbearable, horrible, great fantastic, precious – it just is. Regardless of how you perceive and interpret God, it just is.

Life just is… and in each passing moment Life offers us a new and fresh start.

It extends a precious invitation to dwell here… in this moment.

What does it mean to be a God Spark?

You are Life! You are not some discarded, unwanted, worthless piece of trash. You are a valuable, loved, needed, wanted, adored, treasured ‘little’ creator exploring the world of form. And everything in this world of form is here for YOU!

It means that you are, in each and every moment, creating your reality.

Your mind is a powerful tool. The trouble is that up to this point you haven’t been using your most treasured asset, your mind, properly. All those thoughts swirling around in your head are making up your world.

There is One Thing that animates everything in your world. That One Thing is the Creator. AND… a Spark of that Creator dwells in you. That Spark is what animates you and gives you life. It is what allows you to participate in this fantastic, magical, precious, adventurous dance that we call life.

Being a God Spark means you are a creator. The question you need to ask is do you create consciously, fully aware in a world were you have found balance? Or do you create unconsciously, completely unaware in a world where you feel like a victim of all your outside circumstances. A victim of life, tossed to and fro, like a dead fallen leaf flung about by violent gusts of wind…
